Close to asking for a refund on my licenses

Find Link and Click if No Link Click next page
Here is the scenario. Unable to use BotChief
Well...this is my last resort but I have been unable to use your software since 5:30am this morning becuase of a "network error" it is now 3pm. I have submitted a trouble ticket, e-mailed [email protected], added you all on skype (with no response to the friend request), and even sent a message on here directly to an admin for help. Why is this "network error" preventing me from using software I paid for? Can someone PLEASE reply to this message so I can continue working...Thank You.

Botchief runner network error on startup
why can't I run botchief due to a network error on login? If your authentication server is down it should be fixed as a matter of urgency as this stops customers like myself who have purchased multiple licenses from using the software, why is this problem taking over 12 hours to fix ? Not a happy customer at the moment

I can't choose from options dropdown menu

Simple yet very apreciated update for Image Recognition action
I have been working on a bot that automates the process of manual traffic exchange on a well known site. What I am missing, I was under the assumption that this is already in, is the ability to supply an input image file link (from the disc, reference image is already saved locally) to the Image Recognition action. Another alternative would be to update the reference image every time the command is run (by specifying some coordinates from which the image should be cropped)....

Email Operation
Well I am loving the automation of this thing and the fact that it is pretty easy to understand. I have an issue with the e-mail operations though. I am trying to send an e-mail from my Gmail account and the operation is failing. I made sure that the SMTP server was correct as well as requiring SSL and the port number per google's instructions. Allow for copy / paste of module functions.
Could you add support for copy / pasting of functions in one module to another module? I would like to copy parts of one module to add to another. I would also like to copy control variables to use many times in different modules.

How can I get my Bot to execute on a specific date and time?
I've added 2 string variables for scheddate and schedtime on a form but I'm not sure how to use these string variable or some other functionality to get the RunWebSubmitModule to execute at the specific date and time.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!Dave
